Spillemyndigheden

Spillemyndigheden is the Danish Gambling Authority, based in Odense, which licenses and supervises online betting and casino operators under the Gambling Act that opened the Danish market in 2012, together with land-based casinos, gaming machines, lotteries and B2B suppliers. It runs the ROFUS national self-exclusion register, obtains court orders to block unlicensed sites, publishes detailed market statistics and technical standards, and is regarded as one of Europe's most stable and transparent regulators, with channelisation above 90 per cent.
