Napoleon Sports & Casino is a licensed Belgian sports betting and casino operator headquartered in Erembodegem, Belgium. The company traces its roots to 1983, when founder Willy Michiels began placing games in local cafés, and says it launched its online platform, Napoleon Games, in 2011, combining casino games and sports betting. It opened Napoleon Casino Knokke in 2012 and runs a network of 18 Belgian arcades, with consumer sites including Napoleon Games, Napoleon Sports, Napoleon Casino and Napoleon Score. After a period of ownership by Waterland Private Equity, Napoleon joined the Superbet group, now branded Super, in 2021. It says it employs more than 250 people and has long sponsored Belgian sport, including clubs such as Cercle Brugge and amateur teams.
