Gaming1 is a casino, sports betting and poker operator and platform provider headquartered in Liège, Belgium. Part of the Ardent Group portfolio, it describes itself as the leader in the Belgian gaming market, both land-based and online. Its brands include Circus, Circus Sport, Circus Casino gaming halls, Casino 777, Casino de Spa and Blitz, and it operates PokerStars.be in partnership, with brands or offices in France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands. The group also supplies its own technology platform and games to other operators. Group companies hold Belgian Gaming Commission licences, including F1+ online betting for Circus Belgium and A+ online casino for Gambling Management at Casino de Namur. It reports more than 1,600 employees, 500 of them at its Liège headquarters.

The International Monetary Fund's 2026 review of Cambodia finds that the casino regulator checks little more than applicants' criminal record certificates and that beneficial owners face no fit and proper test at all. With most casino licences due for renewal around 2027, it wants the gambling law amended first.
The Liège group has bought 100% of the company behind Carousel.be, its partner since 2012, taking over a B+ online licence and the gaming hall in Harelbeke that Belgian law requires behind it. The price is undisclosed, and the sellers are keeping the 711 brand that grew out of Carousel.
