Kindred Group

Kindred Group

Kindred Group is an online betting and gaming operator founded in Sweden in 1997 as Unibet and headquartered in Malta, acquired by the French lottery and betting group FDJ (now FDJ United) in October 2024 and delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm. Its brands include Unibet, its largest, 32Red, Maria Casino, Bingo.com and Vlad Cazino, licensed in Britain, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Romania, Australia and other markets, and it runs its own Kindred Sportsbook Platform after moving off third-party sportsbook technology. Kindred exited the United States in 2024 and forms the online betting and gaming division of FDJ United, which reports it alongside its French lottery and betting monopoly.
